Data processing
Data Processing Module is intended to modify volumes. Volume tool contains:
Smooth
Smooth combines median and mean filters to blur the image and filter out impulse noises like salt-and-pepper.
Denoise
Denoise filters volume from noise caused by metal implants or teeth. In counterpart to smooth and sharpen, only parts of the volume with noise are being filtered.
Sharpen
Sharpen makes the limits of extreme Hounsfield units values more recognizable. As an outcome, user gain volume with better edge detections
Crop
Crop changes the dimensions of a volume. It is not temporary as its counterpart in the Smart Segmentation.
