This tab allows register volumes and surfaces. In both methods we need 2 objects to make the registration: one moving object and one fixed. Volume registration is divided into sub options. Modality, where the user can define if two registered image series are the same or different. Iterations, as how many times registrations have to be done. More iterations will take more time, but will have better results. There is a moving (is being transformed) and a fixed (is transformed to it) volume. Registration can also be transformed by reverse. That means, moving object will be registered towards the fixed object, but it will keep its original coordinate system.
