Create 3D surface
The last tool on the Segmentation tab is Create 3D object , this tool allows us to create a 3D surface from the mask. If you want to do this you have to first choose a mask that you are interested in and click the icon in the menu. As we can see on the screen we can create object 3D with two additional options: “Staircase artifacts reduction” which smooth our object and “Keep mask color”, that allow us to create object 3D with the same color as our mask.

Mask form surface
Any surface can be converted to a mask as long as its dimenstions are not exceeding dimensions of a volume and both are in the same space dimensions.
